With Stessa, we introduced an easy way for income property owners to track, manage, and communicate the performance of their portfolio, and today we are proud to announce the next step towards accomplishing our vision.
We are thrilled to share that Stessa has been acquired by JLL Spark, a division of JLL, a global leader in real estate and investment management. This is the first strategic acquisition by JLL Spark since its inception, and we couldn’t be more excited to be joining forces with them.
When we first built Stessa, we talked with hundreds of property owners like ourselves to understand the convoluted processes and numerous pain points associated with managing income properties. We developed a platform to reduce complexity and increase transparency, ultimately saving investors both time and money.
Our success is not possible without the ongoing collaboration of our customers as we continue to strengthen our platform and our ability to serve them. We will continue with this commitment to our customers as Stessa moves into this next phase of growth.
